Project for a modern mansion block on a South London Residential Street.
This proposal for a small development of 5 apartments replacing an existing dilapidated bungalow promotes an increase in density to reflect the need for more housing in the Borough.
The proposed building makes reference to its neighbours, in the form of a Georgian Villa and a 60s apartment block and seeks to mediate between the two without replicating either of them directly.
The project is currently in pre-planning.
